The year 2018 marked as a milestone with the opening of Mukhtiar Singh Memorial P.G. College, Behbalpur to cater to the education needs of this region. The 360 degree development (i.e. all round development) of the students is the main aim of our institution. Our ultimate aim at MSM P.G.
